Williamsburg, just ten minutes West of Northampton and Smith College; twenty minutes to Amherst and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst College and Hampshire College; and twenty-five
minutes to Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley. We are also just one
hour East of the Berkshires, Tanglewood, and the Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival.
Finally, we are twenty to twenty-five minutes Southwest of Historic Deerfield and the Yankee Candle Flagship Store.

Williamsburg is a lovely New England town with approximately 2000 residents. It is
situated at the foothills of the Berkshires and is popular for biking and hiking. There
are many lovely country roads to explore either on foot, bike or car. It is surrounded by
the lovely towns of Goshen, Chesterfield, Cummington and Ashfield. Collectively, these
towns are referred to as the Hilltowns.

Williamsburg has several very nice restaurants, a wonderful General Store, historic museum, and several churches.
Beginning in May of 2011, a new farmers’ market known as the
Burgy
Thursday Market has been held in the center of Williamsburg on
Thursdays from 2:30 to 7:00 PM. Twin Maples Farm is a vendor, and we
encourage you to visit and support this community
venture. Williamsburg’s close
proximity to Northampton and I-91 make it an ideal location with a country feeling. |
